Your vacation begins with a complimentary consultation during which we get to the heart of what you're looking for.  Be prepared to answer questions about the destination, your dates, budget, desired experiences, and preferences like seats on the aircraft, cruise stateroom/suite, food, and accommodation style. 


Once we receive payment for our planning retainer,  we get to work.  We leverage our experience, resources, and relationships to plan your ideal travel experience.  We typically deliver your itinerary in 3-4 days and provide 2 to 3 options.  Once we review the options with you, we can make adjustments to perfect the trip for you and your party.  You will also be presented with safety protocols, entry requirements, and a payment outline.​​


​Upon receiving your booking authorization, we will move forward in purchasing and locking in your travel arrangements.  If pricing has changed between presentation and booking, we will communicate openly about any additional costs.​​


In the weeks and months leading up to your adventure, we'll stay in touch about any changes to your trip or entry requirements.  Expect a packing list and a gift or two!


​We will be available during your travels should support be necessary.  Remember to inquire with Cruise concierge or customers service desk.  Don't forget to take lots of pictures, use a travel journal, and bring back souvenirs!   When you return, we'd love to hear from you about the trip and where you plan to go next!  Thank you for letting The Grand Adventures Travel work for you!
